It's that time of year again! We're asking parents and early care and learning programs to send us artwork from children under age 5.  The artwork will be on display at the Legislative Office Building in Albany during Winning Beginning NY Advocacy Week from March 1st - 5th. Deadline for submission is February 22nd - so, get your young Picassos busy and participate! Project instructions and drawing form to submit are below:
