Inc. (CCI) is a non-profit early education and child care resource
and referral agency and a part of a national network of referral
agencies. CCI strives to make high quality child care and
early education opportunities a reality for every child in New York
City. Each year, CCI's referral service helps thousands of
families make informed decisions about child care.

The Schuyler Center
for Analysis and Advocacy (SCAA), is a 135 year old statewide,
independent, non-profit, public policy organization based in Albany.
SCAA promotes and advocates for progressive policies in health,
mental health, children's services, tax and finance, education and
economic security. Priority emphasis is goven to promoting wellness,
mitigating disabilities, combating poverty and fostering personal
independence.

since 1975. Rooted in a statewide network of child care resource
